Keeping your maps current with our latest OS data refreshes

We’ve recently completed a scheduled refresh of several key Ordnance Survey (OS) datasets. If you’re using AddressBase Premium, Boundary-Line, Code-Point or Code-Point Open products, the latest versions are now available for you to pull into your systems.

Keeping your data current is essential for maintaining the accuracy of your maps and services. These regular refreshes ensure you’re working with the most up-to-date address and postcode information provided by the OS.

What’s been updated?

Between 14 May and 19 May 2026, our team updated the following datasets:

  • AddressBase Premium
  • Code-Point
  • Code-Point Open
  • Boundary-Line

These updates are part of our regular data maintenance cycle. We handle the heavy lifting of refreshing the data on our end so you can focus on using it.

How to get the latest data

If you’re an iShare in the Cloud (iSiC) or Astun Data Services (ADS) customer, you can access this refreshed data right away.

Most of our customers have scheduled iShare Studio workflow jobs set up to handle this. If you don’t, you’ll just need to manually run your existing jobs to pull the refreshed data into your environment. If you don’t have an existing job for this, you can create one following the documentation available in iShare Help.

We don’t expect any downtime while you update your records, so you can carry on with your day-to-day tasks as usual.

Verifying your data versions

If you’d like to check the specific publication dates or details for each dataset, you can check the Revision date in the Technical information section of the relevant metadata record on our portal:

If you notice any issues with the data loading process, please raise a support ticket via the helpdesk.

For any inaccuracies within the actual data itself (like a missing address or an incorrect postcode), please report these directly to OS via its Data Hub.
