We’ve recently completed a scheduled refresh of several key Ordnance Survey (OS) datasets. If you’re using Code-Point with Polygons or MasterMap Topography products, the latest versions are now available for you to pull into your own systems.
We’ve also completed our monthly refresh of NHS DSE syndicated data, which includes information about hospitals, dentists, opticians, pharmacies and GP practices.
In the works are the updates to AddressBase Premium, CodePoint and CodePoint Open. These will be completed during the second week of August.
Keeping your data current is essential for maintaining the accuracy of your maps and services. These regular refreshes ensure you’re working with the most up-to-date address and postcode information provided by the OS.
What’s been updated?
Between 13 July and 30 July 2026, our team updated the following datasets:
- Code-Point with Polygons
- MasterMap Topography
- NHS DSE data
These updates are part of our regular data maintenance cycle. We handle the heavy lifting of refreshing the data on our end so you can focus on using it.
How to get the latest data
If you’re an iShare in the Cloud (iSiC) or Astun Data Services (ADS) customer, you can access this refreshed data right away.
Most of our customers have scheduled iShare Studio workflow jobs set up to handle this. If you don’t, you’ll just need to manually run your existing jobs to pull the refreshed data into your environment. If you don’t have an existing job for this, you can create one following the documentation available in iShare Help.
We don’t expect any downtime while you update your records, so you can carry on with your day-to-day tasks as usual.
Verifying your data versions
If you’d like to check the specific publication dates or details for each dataset, you can check the Revision date in the Technical information section of the relevant metadata record on our portal:
- Code-Point with Polygons
- OS MasterMap Topography
- NHS DSE Data
- AddressBase Premium
- Code-Point Open
- Code-Point
If you notice any issues with the data loading process, please raise a support ticket via the helpdesk.
For any inaccuracies within the actual data itself (like a missing address or an incorrect postcode), please report these directly to the OS via their Data Hub.
