Why attend?
There will be a mix of Astun presentations, client talks and table discussions. This gives every attendee the chance to learn about the latest technologies, share insights and network over a free lunch.
This year, we have more consultants and trainers attending than ever before, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to discuss open source technologies in great detail.
What’s on the User Group agenda so far?
- Changes to Astun Data Services (our pre-styled data service)
- How to enable non-GIS users to analyse spatial data using iShare Insights with Power BI
- Presentations by Monmouth and Elmbridge Councils
- Table discussions on topics suggested by delegates (e.g. automations)
Travelling to the User Group
The Leonardo Hotel is within walking distance (15 minutes) of New Street Station, the main station for Birmingham. Please note that the Birmingham German Market will be in full force, so it might take you a few minutes longer than expected to walk back to the station at the end of the day.
