Training FAQ

Will there be regular breaks?

Of course! We want your training to be enjoyable so you’ll have regular opportunities to stretch your legs or enjoy a well-earned snack or cuppa.

What if I need to leave my desk?

If you need to leave your desk for any unexpected reason, just make your trainer aware. If possible, please give them a rough idea of how long you may be.

What equipment/environment do I need?

We recommend a distraction-free environment, although we know that’s not always easy if you’re joining us from home. Don’t worry if your phone rings or the doorbell goes, simply pop yourself on mute for a minute.

Dual monitors are recommended for the training sessions. These enable you to have the Zoom meeting open on one screen and access the training environment on your second screen.

What if I have a question?

There are plenty of opportunities to ask questions. You can ask your trainer publicly or send questions via chat for your trainer to answer.
