We have limited places. Don’t forget to register!
After the success of last year’s event, we’re delighted to invite you to our 2024 User Group on Friday, November 8th. Once again, this will be held in central Birmingham.
The format
Like last year, there will be a mix of Astun presentations (no hard sell, we promise), client talks and table discussions. Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Why attend?
GIS teams are always busy so we go the extra mile to make the user group a worthwhile day out. We aim for a compelling mix of inspiration, education and networking opportunities (with a little bit of fun thrown in for good measure).
Here’s some feedback from last year’s delegates:
“We made some great contacts on the day, who we have been actively collaborating with since the event. Without this event we would never have met these people in the GIS community.”
“Great networking opportunities supported by a great team at Astun.”
“Thank you for a wonderful day. It was very useful and informative.”

Travelling to the Astun User Group
Where possible, we encourage you to travel by public transport. The Leonardo Hotel is within walking distance (15 minutes) of New Street Station in the heart of the city centre. Once again, the German Market will be on so it may take you a few minutes longer to get back to the station.
If you do need to come by car, there is some parking available on site. You can find prices and information about Birmingham’s Clean Air Zone here. If possible, please car share.
